I would love to express my feelings about Rescue Me by using first episode of season 1. Remember its name. I bet only a true lover of this TV show can still remember its name. Here is a brief snapshot from where Rescue Me took off. Tommy, the main protagonist and my favorite character in this TV show is trying to restore calmness and balance to his routine life. He ends up separating with his wife and starts to live in a house nearby her wife’s residence to keep in touch with his beloved siblings. He struggles to cope up with sad memories of loosing his beloved ones in terrorist attack of September 11. He is also annoyed at her wife indulgence in affairs with a whole variety of men. The whole community of firefighters is suffering due to emotional wounds inflicted by September 11.

Hi everyone! We have known Mike Lombardi to be a brilliant actor, as we have seen him perform on the super hit series, Rescue Me. However, I am sure that most of you must be unaware of the musical talent possessed by the handsome actor. And now, Mike has announced his decision to take his hard-rock band Apache Stone not only to the stage, but also to the show, Rescue Me.

The band is supposed to make an appearance in the third last episode of the current season, which is Season 5, when it will perform two songs on stage. However, the band members will be introduced in the show, as early as the fifth episode. Each of the band members will have a minor role and the story arc will eventually lead up to the formation of the band, on Rescue Me, under the leadership of Lombardi, who portrays the character of Mike Silletti.

Mike is the founder, lead singer and chief songwriter for Apache Stone. The other members of the band are bassist David Leatherwood, drummer Mark Greenberg and guitarists Nick Bacon and Hank Woods. According to Mike, Apache Stone is largely influenced by the heavy rock of the 90’s and it is real rock n’ roll music instead of being the usual cookie-cutter music.

The band has also started off with a tour, on the 8^th of May, which will cover various cities across America, and the tour is supposed to go on till the mid of June. Seemingly, the executives at FX have liked the episodes of Season 5, to such an extent that they have immediately ordered another brand new season of Rescue Me. I am sure that all you fans of this wonderful show are as overjoyed as I am with this fantastic news.

Rescue Me has been off the air since Season 4 finished airing in September 2007. The show did not return in 2008 and it has been a long grueling wait for fans who have been eagerly waiting the return of the show to their TV screens. The fan, then timidly asked for the actor’s opinion on the whether there should be a reinvestigation of the events after the ghastly tragedy [He must have behaved timid as Dennis Leary is infamous for his sarcasm filled very sharp comedy] and David easily escaped the actual question and replied something like this. “When asked by a hesitant fan as to whether or not the actor thought there should be a reinvestigation into the events leading up to and surrounding the 9/11 tragedy, Leary’s eyes lit up as he revealed that conspiracy and reinvestigation into 9/11 are, in fact, major plot lines in the first 10 episodes of Rescue Me season 5, set to premiere in April 2009 for a 22-episode run on FOX,” This is something that appeared in a weekly from Los Angeles and was reported by Erin Broadley.

The show specifically concentrates on the life of Tommy Gravin who has visions about his dead colleagues. He is also suffering from the trauma of separation from his wife and kids. I think you will all agree with me, if I say that Tatum is a wonderful actress and one of the strong points of the show. In my opinion she has done full justice to her character in the show. Playing the role of a smoker, drinker and an evil woman is not everybody’s cup of tea. She has actually made people feel pity for Sean her poor husband on the show. Although Sean loves her a lot, she is dating four men behind his back in addition to being addicted to pornography. It will be to look out for what new turn her relationship with Sean takes as well as the happenings in the lives of the other cast members in the fifth season.
